Today we attended Mass for Ash Wednesday. We are starting 40 days of Lent activities. Each day we will be given a task that we need to focus on. We will write them in our assignment notebooks.
* Task 1: Listen to your parents without talking back.
* We will also be adding our good deeds to fish that we will hang in the hallways.
NO MATH TONIGHT for 3rd and 4th grade.
LITTLE HOUSE books: Each night your child will read ONE CHAPTER and complete the question that go with that chapter. The packet is in your Lit Circle folder. The FOLDER and BOOK must come back EVERY DAY!!
We checked out a book at library today that we will read to our K5 buddies. We must practice them so we can read them every FRIDAY to our buddies. This oral reading will be graded weekly.
We will not have spelling words next week. We will have Little House VOCABULARY WORDS from chapters 1-4 and will be given on Monday. We will have a test on FRIDAY. The students will need to know the DEFINITIONS and NOT the spelling (they will have a word bank).
