What a GREAT day!
In Math third graders we learned about missing addends.
Fourth graders learned vocabulary words for subtraction. Ask us to explain our new words for addition and subtraction. They are also in our math book and math notebooks if we need help.
We talked about what we know about bones and what we want to learn about bones by making a KWL chart.
We have been making a character map and summarizing. We have also been learning to write sentences. The best was writing a command for Mrs. Charles!
We will have a spelling test on Monday on our Word Lists (20). We have been working with our words all week and should have a great start with them. A little more practice this weekend might be helpful. Tonight our homework is to verbally use them in sentences with someone.
We practiced our cheer today. We did awesome!
We will have our Reading Log as homework tonight!
