What a great start to our year! We learned that our 3/4 learning community will be named Team Independent and a new school song! We are really striving to become more independent this year and responsible for our own behavior. Please encourage your children to solve daily problems on their own or help guide them to the correct answers.
We did some "Getting to Know You" activities and started on a "Math about You" project. We learned about the school with Mr. Hanson during Health class. We all did great at learning the new routines. Please be patient with us all as we figure out the glitches.
Please check and sign your child's assignment notebook tonight. They should ask you to do this as this is part of their new independence!
